Pilsner Malt

3. Thirdly, use it as a Base for IPAs
Pilsner malt also used as a base for IPAs. Providing a light, malty backbone to the beer, while the hops add the necessary bitterness.
4. As well as Experiment With Different Yeast Strains
Pilsner malt works well with a variety of different yeast strains, so experiment. Different yeasts will result in different flavor profiles.
5. Make a Blonde Ale
