1. Firstly, start by obtaining the necessary equipment and ingredients to brew Simpsons Finest Lager Malt. You will need a fermenter, airlock, hydrometer, tubing, thermometer, and an ingredient kit containing malt extract, hops, grains, and yeast.
2. Secondly, sanitize all of your brewing equipment. Use a sanitizer specifically designed for brewing to ensure that your beer is free from bacteria or contamination.
3. Thirdly, fill your fermenter with clean, cool water then add the malt extract, stirring it in until it is fully dissolved.
