Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Pour the pear juice and half the apple juice into your fermentation bucket for 2 to 3 days to start fermentation.
  2. Once fermentation starts heat the rest of the apple juice on the stove, dissolve the 250 grams of sugar in the apple juice.
  3. Add the mixture to the fermentation bucket and stir it well.
  4. Once mixed, add the yeast and stir it again.
  5. Put the lid with the airlock back on and ferment for 7 to 20 days. (Or until bubbles coming out the airlock stop or are more than minute apart)
  6. Once it is completed. Bottle in clean glass or plastic bottles. Place them in the fridge and enjoy them as you please!
Recipe Notes

For more sweetness, honey could be added right at the end. Place in the fridge immediately after adding honey as the sugars will carry on the fermentation process after bottling and the bottles could pop.
